I am a curious, community builder helping you build inspiring futures that matter

I am a female futurist, passionate about empowering people to look beyond the horizon and shape inspiring futures that matter.

Within a context of increasing complexity and constant change, adaptability is essential. My clients are learning how to master the capacities they need to make sense of what’s happening now and beyond the horizon; to embrace the opportunities they see; and to develop the courage to move into their futures with confidence and purpose.

So why do I spend so much time on the messy behavioural stuff? Why not let the robot overlords have their way with us?

First, I believe in futures for good. Intentionally building processes that help us learn, grow, connect and collaborate.

With the advent of automation and AI, that means human-centric design with humans in the loop.

3 Things You Couldn’t Possibly Know About Me

  1. I was a Rodeo Queen. I was in the Rodeo parade and did barrel racing on horseback as a teenager.
  2. I launched one of the first international internet conferences in China in 1999.
  3. My first job out of college was working for former US Secretary of State, Dr. Henry Kissinger, who taught me that "the task of the leader is to get people from where they are to where they have not been".
